Who are Oasis?
Oasis was formed in 1991 in Manchester, England, by brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, and quickly became one of the most iconic and influential bands of the Britpop movement in the 1990s.
Their debut album, Definitely Maybe (1994), became the fastest-selling debut album in British history at the time, and their follow-up, (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? (1995), cemented their status as global rock stars with hits like Wonderwall and Don’t Look Back in Anger.
